- 1969 - Refinery operations began with 50,000 bbl/day capacity
- 1973 - Capacity increased to 110,000 bbl/day
- 1976 - Capacity increased to 190,000 bbl/day
- 1986 - Fluid catalytic cracking unit commissioned
- 1989 - Light naphtha isomerization unit completed
- 1996 - Finished gasoline deep desulfurization equipment
- 2004 - Finished gasoline hydrogenation refining unit (Low-sulfur gasoline facility completed)
- 2009 - Continuous catalytic regenerative catalytic reformer commissioned
