The Route
- Phase 1 originates at an Enbridge terminal in Cushing, Okla. and extends to the Enterprise ECHO Terminal southeast of Houston, Texas.
- Phase 2, when developed, will extend from ECHO Terminal to near Port Arthur, Texas.
