Description
- Wheatstone and Iago natural gas fields are located in the permits WA-253-P, WA-17-R and WA-16-R, offshore northwest Australia
- Wheatstone is developed using a subsea gas gathering system that is tied back to the Wheatstone Platform
- The Wheatstone Processing platform will be one of Australia's largest offshore facilities with a topsides weight of about 37,000 tonnes
- The wells lie in water depths of 70 to 200 meters
- The Wheatstone and Iago gas fields will supply the Wheatstone LNG Terminal
