- Project Type: Upgrade & Expansion
- Project Summary:
- The project is being realised in three stages:
- Stage 1: Atmospheric and vacuum distillation units and a naphtha hydrotreatment unit. This will increase the capacity but not the complexity
- Stage 2: Conversion and specification units, enabling the refinery to produce Euro V fuels
- Stage 3: Addition of the Flexicoking unit designed for deeper conversion of oil residues
