Crude Supply

  • The refinery processes crude oil from West Siberia, which is delivered via the Transneft pipeline system, as well as crude oil produced by Rosneft in Southern Russia and delivered via the Transneft pipeline system and by rail.

  • The project is being realised in three stages:
    • Stage 1: Atmospheric and vacuum distillation units and a naphtha hydrotreatment unit. This will increase the capacity but not the complexity
    • Stage 2: Conversion and specification units, enabling the refinery to produce Euro V fuels
    • Stage 3: Addition of the Flexicoking unit designed for deeper conversion of oil residues

Other Information

  • Tuapse Refinery in the Krasnodar region has been part of Rosneft since the Company’s establishment, and is the oldest Rosneft’s refinery (commissioned in 1929). The plant has the most favorable location among Rosneft’s refineries, and is also the only Russian refinery on the Black Sea coast.
