  • 1967 - Refinery commissioned by Snamprogetti with 80,000 bpd capacity
  • 1982 - Visbreaker commissioned
  • 1989 - Isomerisation Unit commissioned
  • 2006 - Residue hydrotreating unit revamped
  • 2007 - New Atmospheric Crude Distillation Unit commissioned
  • 2010 - A new hydro-cracking unit integrated with the RHU facility started production
  • 2013 - ABB wins contract for new export pier
