Description
- The SHWE and SHWE Phyu gas fields are located within Block A-1 in the Bay of Bengal, Myanmar. Water depth varies across the SHWE and SHWE Phyu fields from approximately 90 m to 140 m.
- The development includes a 40,000-ton class offshore gas platform, a subsea production system, subsea pipelines and an onshore gas terminal
- The gas platform can produce 500 million cubic feet of gas per day
- Gas is transported to China on the Myanmar China Gas Pipeline
