History

• 1946 - Stora Kopparberg, set up a refinery plant in Hisingen in Gothenburg. Copper Transform Oil AB was later Shell Refinery AB
• 2010 - Shell agreed to sell the majority of its refining and marketing businesses in Finland and Sweden to Keele Oy. This includes the Goteborg Refinery.
