Description
- The field is part of the Kizomba C Project, along with the Mondo Oil Field
- The Saxi-Batuque project will be developed using a the Saxi Batuque FPSO host with tie back of two drill centres for Batuque and two drill centres for Saxi.
Contractors
- Keppel: FPSO conversion
- Subsea 7: Design, pipe fabrication and installation of 16 steel flowlines and their accompanying flowline terminations. In total, there will be 50km of flowlines ranging between 6” and 10” in diameter.
History
- 2000 - Saxi oil field discovered
