• Rosneft currently owns and operates seven large refineries in Russia with an aggregate annual capacity of 391 mln barrels (53.4 mln tonnes) and four mini-refineries. Rosneft’s plants are able to process about 50% of crude oil produced by the Company.
• Rosneft is looking to purchase refineries in Europe as of 2010, and plans to build a joint venture plant in China
• The company is currently making some major upgrades to its refineries
