Description

  • The Rosa field is located in offshore Angola Block 17, in water depths ranging from approximately 4,200 to 4,900 feet (1,300 to 1,500 meters)
  • The Rosa development includes 25 sub-sea wells — 14 producers and 11 injectors — tied back to the Girassol floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel, anchored around 15 kilometres away
  • On Girassol FPSO, 5,600 tonnes of new equipment was installed to handle Rosa's production
