Description

  • The Prelude field is located in the Browse Basin, northeast of Broome Western Australia, in water depths of approximately 820 feet (250 meters).
  • The development consists of the Prelude Floating LNG Terminal and related subsea facilities
  • The subsea facilities include:
    • Two production manifolds
    • One riser base manifold
    • Four production flowlines
    • One subsea umbilical and associated subsea distribution hardware
    • Jumpers, steel flying leads, umbilical termination assemblies
    • 16 mooring lines and 16 piles

Contractors

  • FMC: Supply of seven large bore subsea production trees, production manifolds, riser bases, subsea control systems and other related equipment
  • Technip: project management, fabrication, transport and installation of subsea equipment
  • Wood Group Kenny: Development and implementation of the flexible riser integrity management plan, as well as inspection, monitoring, testing and on call engineering support.
