Introduction
Operating 26 refineries and petrochemical enterprises mainly sited in northeast and northwest China, CNPC boasts a primary crude processing capacity of 140 million metric tons and ethane productivity of 3 million tons per year, and produces over 40% of the nation's oil products, including gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene and lube oil etc.
CNPC operates three overseas joint venture refineries in Sudan, Kazakhstan and Algeria respectively, with a total crude processing capacity of 11.6 million metric tons per annum.
