Description

  • The Oudna field consists of a single production well supported by a single water injection well, both tied back to the Ikdam FPSO.
  • Reservoir pressure is maintained by water injection and artificial lift is provided by a crude oil powered jet-pump.

Contractors

  • Petrofac: Engineering, procurement and project management of all subsea hardware, and process, vessel and mooring system modifications required to convert the Ikdam FPSO vessel and install it for service on the Oudna field
  • Aker: Installation of mooring system, flexible risers and umbilicals

History

  • 1978 - Discovered by Shell Tunirex
  • 2005 - Petrofac awarded contracts for Oudna Development
  • 2006 - Production starts
  • 2007 - ETAP, the Tunisian state oil company,decided to exercise its participation option to acquire a 20 percent interest
