Description

  • Nini (NA) and Nini East (NB) are satellite developments to the Siri Field with two unmanned wellhead platforms, both with a helideck.
  • The Nini East field is being produced from an unmanned platform that was installed at a water depth of 60 metres

History

  • 2000 - Nini Oil Field discovered
  • 2002 - Government approval was received
  • 2003 - Production started
  • 2008 - Nini East development approval granted
  • 2010 - Production starts in Nini East

Geology

  • The Nini East oil reservoir is located at a depth of about 1,650 metres in the Hermod sandstone formation and contains a total of about 17 Mill. barrels of crude oil reserves.
