The Project

  • Project Type: Greenfield Refinery
  • Project Summary: A medium sized high complexity refinery, designed to supply the growing Vietnamese domestic market. It could potntially be doubled in size at a later date
  • Main Contractors:
    • Foster Wheeler will execute the pre-front-end engineering design (pre-FEED) followed by the FEED
    • Axens has the basic engineering design contracts for some of the units
