- Fluor: Project Management and Consultant role
- GS/Kogas/HYC/DEC: Integrated engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning services of a re-gasification and send-out system, a marine jetty with complete ship unloading facilities and two large full containment LNG storage tanks.
- Freyssinet: Pre-stressing for LNG tanks

- PTT is planning to double the capacity of the terminal
Suppliers / Customers
- Suppliers:
- PTT has signed a deal to buy 1 million tonnes of LNG a year from Qatar from late 2011
- PTT also plans to buy LNG in spot markets in 2011-2014 if market conditions are favourable
- Customers: The area has petrochemical, refinery, steel and fertiliser industries
