Description

  • The field is located in approximately 7,100 feet (2,165 meters) of water
  • There are 6 subsea wells tied back to the truss spar floating production facility which has a capacity of more than 80,000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and 450 million cubic feet of natural gas per day.
  • The platform will act as a hub for satellite fields including Hadrian South Gas Field
  • The oil is to be transported via the Sekco Oil Pipeline to the Poseidon Oil Pipeline and thence to shore
  • Associated gas is transported on the Discovery Gas Pipeline System

Contractors

  • Technip:
    • Engineering, construction and transport of the 23,000 ton Truss Spar hull
    • Installation of a flexible flowline, multiple flexible gas lift jumpers; main gas lift and infield umbilicals; subsea distribution units; electrical, fiber optic and hydraulic flying leads, design and fabrication of the flexible flowline end termination, fabrication and installation of rigid jumpers, burial of flowlines, flooding and hydro-testing of the flowline system.
  • Mustang: Topsides detailed engineering, procurement support and equipment inspection for the truss spar floating production facility
  • FMC Technologies: Supply of five subsea production trees and two manifolds
  • Aker Solutions: Project management, design, engineering, and manufacturing of two electro/hydraulic dynamic production umbilicals, two gas lift dynamic umbilicals, three electro/hydraulic infield umbilicals and one gas lift infield umbilical, including all associated ancillary equipment required for installation and interface with the existing development
