Brief Description

  • The terminal a floating regasification unit, created by modifying an LNG carrier, which is positioned 22 km offshore the Tuscan coast and is connected to dry land by a 30 km long pipeline for the transfer of the gas to the national distribution system.
  • The vessel is moored with an external turret in 120 m water depth
  • The vessel Golar Frost was converted
