  • The final investment decision (FID) to proceed with the LNG plant is expected no later than March 31, 2012
  • Project is expected to be completed in 2014

Suppliers / Customers

  • Suppliers: Will utilise the natural gas produced from the Elk/Antelope field
  • Customers:
    • Noble energy will buy 1 million tons per annum
    • Gunvor Singapore will buy 1 million tons per annum
    • ENN Energy Trading Company Ltd. will buy one to one and one half, million tonnes per annum (mtpa)

  • 2010 - Binding Heads Of Agreement contract signed
  • 2011 - Agreement signed with Samsung Heavy Industries and Flexlng, to build a floating LNG terminal
