Brief Description

• A mid-sized floating LNG plant
• Infrastructure required for the LNG project includes a jetty and breakwater for the LNG loading facility with expansion potential, and approximately 50 mile (80 Km) pipeline from the Elk and Antelope fields to the coast.

• Constructor: Bechtel to undertake the front-end engineering and design (FEED) and engineering procurement and contracting (EPC) work
• Licensor: The company has chosen ConocoPhillips’ Optimized CascadeSM Process Technology for the plant design

Ongoing Projects/Project Status

• The final investment decision (FID) to proceed with the LNG plant is expected no later than March 31, 2012
• Project is expected to be completed in 2014

Suppliers / Customers

• Suppliers: Will utilise the natural gas produced from the Elk/Antelope field
• Customers:
  • Noble energy will buy 1 million tons per annum
  • Gunvor Singapore will buy 1 million tons per annum
  • ENN Energy Trading Company Ltd. will buy one to one and one half, million tonnes per annum (mtpa)
