Brief Description
- The system includes the Mombasa – Nairobi Pipeline which consists of a 450 kilometres, 14-inch diameter pipeline and the Western Kenya Pipeline System

Pipeline Status
- In operation
- An extension project has been launched to supply products to Kampala, Uganda. This extension will be reversible, enabling Uganda to export products when their refinery project is completed
History
- 1978 - The pipeline operations begin
- 1994 - Western Kenya Pipeline System project completed
- 2008 - Capacity was increased with four additional Pumps Stations on the Mombasa – Nairobi Pipeline System
- 2012 - The Uganda extension project was launched
