Head of Refinery Operations

I have recently been engaged by a large oil and gas major to source a number of senior management positions.
I am particularly interested in people with a Refinery Operations background, one of the roles being Director/Head of Refinery Operations.
My client is interested in people who have European market experience with an excellent knowledge of the refining processes and related responsibilities.
