Details

  • The Guadalajara Pipeline connects to an LNG regasification facility located near Manzanillo on the Pacific Coast of Mexico in the state of Colima. It has capacity to transport 500 million cubic feet of natural gas per day to a nearby power plant owned by Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) and 320 million cubic feet per day to the Pemex-owned national pipeline system near Guadalajara in the state of Jalisco in Mexico's interior.

History

  • 2009 - The Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) awarded the Guadalajara Project to Energía Occidente de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (EOM), a wholly owned TransCanada affiliate
