  • Tractabel: Pre-FEED phase with conceptual design and cost estimate at ± 25 %. Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) with cost estimate at ± 10 %. Specification of EPC scope and procedures and ITT package. The assignment covers the whole terminal except pipe-in-pipe cryogenic lines.
