Description
- The Gimboa project consists of three production and four water injection subsea wells, clustered around a central manifold and tied-back to a floating production storage and offloading unit, the Gimboa FPSO
Contractors
- Saipem: Contract for the provision and management of a FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) vessel
- Aker Kvaerner: Project management, engineering, manufacturing, testing, delivery and installation support for the Gimboa subsea production system
- Technip: engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation and pre-commissioning of:
- one production and one water injection flexible flowlines
- one gas lift flexible pipe,
- one service umbilical,
- associated flexible risers system, and
- flexible well jumpers
