Brief Description
- A large complex refinery, with cracking and finishing units, comprising of three connected processing complexes. The refinery is a combination of two plants, the West Refinery, with a capacity of about 230,000 barrels per day, and the East Refinery, with a capacity of about 70,000 barrels per day.
