Brief Description
- Alternatively known as the Constanta Trieste Oil Pipeline or Pan European Oil Pipeline
- A project to build a pipeline for transportation of crude oil from Caspian and Black Sea Region, starting from Romanian port of Constantza, further through Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia to Trieste in Italy
- The pipeline would be connected with TAL – Trans Alpine Pipeline in Trieste, as well as fulfilling the needs of refineries in the five countries where it is passing through.

- Hill International: evaluating transport capacity and the use of existing transit facilities, examining legal and environmental issues relating to the project, preparing cost and economic analyses, making recommendations on a route for the new pipeline, and developing a project execution plan.
