  • 2006 - Fire and explosion in the desulfurization unit
  • 2010 - Nameplate capacity reduced by 20,000 to 220,000 bbl/day
  • 2011 - Refinery fire occurs after an earthquake
  • 2012 - Restart of CDU damaged in the fire
