- The development includes production clusters, a gathering network, Central Processing Facilities to separate gas, water and oil, and also interconnection pipelines with the Petrocarabobo Upgrader
- The heavy crude oil upgrader is capable of transforming what is produced from 8° API to a crude oil mix of 16° API
