Description
- The field utilises a semi-submersible production vessel which services six fields namely, Balmoral, Stirling, Beauly, Brenda, Nicol and Burghley
- The Glamis Oil Field is also tied back to the FPU
- Oil is transported via the Forties Pipeline System

History
- 1983 - Government approval granted for the development
- 1986 - First oil produced
- 1987 - Glamis development approved
- 2004 - CNR acquires 70.20% of the field
- 2007 - Oilexpro acquires stake from CNR
- 2009 - Premier acquires Oilexpro and becomes operator
Geology
- Andrew Formation sandstones of Late Palaeocene age form the reservoir, which is sealed by Lista Formation claystones.
