The Project

  • Project Summary: The New Refinery Project is a 615,000 bpd grassroots refinery to be built in Kuwait and will consist of over 15 process units plus buildings, utilities and offsite facilities.

    • Honeywell: Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS)
    • Fluor / Daewoo / Hyundai : EPC package for a variety of key process units, utilities and infrastructure

    • HDEC received the fifth package worth around U$ 1.12 billion to build the marine facilities
